BOSTON – The Northeastern women's basketball team (0-1) is set to take a short trip to Chestnut Hill on Monday, November 11 to face Boston College (2-0) in Conte Forum. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. on ACCNX.
THREE THINGS TO KNOW
- LAST TIME OUT – Abby Jegede tallied a career-high 19 points, but Boston University, used a big third quarter to take down the Huskies in their season opener on Monday, November 4. Jegede had a stellar Husky debut, shooting 6-of-11 from the floor with three steals and two assists. Bailey Williams also joined Jegede in double-digit adding 10 points off the bench.
- FRESH START - Taylor Holohan had a strong start to her collegiate career against Boston University, grabbing a team-high nine rebounds (eight defensive). The freshman from Averill Park, New York also had a team-high four steals.
- THE EAGLES – Boston College is coming off a 102-58 victory over Sacred Heart on Thursday. The Eagles are averaging 93.5 points per game and are paced by guard T'yana Todd averaging 17.0 points per game. Boston College is 20-13 all-time against the Huskies, and have won the past 10 matchups.
