BOSTON – The Northeastern men's basketball team will look to move to 2-0 on the young season when the Huskies host No. RV/RV Princeton in its home opener at Matthews Arena. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. and the game will be aired live on NESN and FloCollege.

1. SERIES HISTORY WITH PRINCETON
Sunday marks the eighth meeting between Northeastern and Princeton all-time, and third time in as many seasons. The Tigers hold a 4-3 lead in the series that returns to Boston for the first time since 2011.Â

In last season's contest at Princeton, the Huskies shot 50% from the field and
Harold Woods went for a career-high 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting off the bench.

2. HOME AGAIN, HOME AGAIN
Northeastern returns to Matthews Arena for the first of four home games on the non-conference slate. Since the 2014-15 season, the Huskies are 27-7 (.794) at home against non-conference opponents, including a 2-1 mark last season. Under head coach
Bill Coen, the Huskies are 15-3 (.833) in home openers, including wins in four of the last five seasons.

3. RED HOT START
The Huskies are coming off an 80-72 win on the road at crosstown rival Boston University on Monday night. Northeastern was 30-of-47 (.638) from the field, its best single-game shooting percentage since Jan. 18, 2018 vs. William & Mary (35-of-49; .714). Northeastern's 63.8% shooting is currently sixth best in the nation.

4. PARKING FOR HOME GAMES AT MATTHEWS ARENA
Fans attending Athletic events at Matthews Arena are able to park in the Columbus Avenue Garage during the event free of charge. The garage is open to fans two (2) hours prior to game time. From Columbus Garage fans can access Matthews Arena by taking the footbridge over the MBTA tracks via Camden Street. Fans that park in Columbus Garage are asked to exit the garage no later than one (1) hour following the conclusion of the game.
Metered parking is also available on streets around the arena, which is free of charge on Sundays.
