THREE THINGS TO KNOW
Â
1. SERIES HISTORY VS. OLD DOMINION
Northeastern and Old Dominion are meeting for the 17th time in series history, and second time in as many seasons. The Huskies lead the series against its former CAA foe, 10-6, including an 81-68 victory last season at Matthews Arena.
Â
In that game in Boston last season, Northeastern broke the school record for free throws made (40), a record that had stood since March 7, 1985, as well as the school record for free throw attempts (51).
Â
2. RED HOT START
The Huskies are off to their best start to the season since 2015-16. In the last 50 seasons, Northeastern has started 7-3 or better eight times
