BOSTON — The Northeastern Huskies play their second game on home ice this week as they welcome the No. 6/5 Maine Black Bears. This will mark the first meeting this season between the two programs and will be streamed live on NESN.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  1. THE WHITEY WALL: Freshman netminder Cameron Whitehead has continued to be a strong presence in net for Northeastern. With ten wins on the season, tied for fifth in Hockey East, the Ontario native has tallied 622 saves for a .911 save percentage. Additionally, his 405 league saves rank third in Hockey East action.
  2. TWENTY FUN: The Northeastern stat sheet includes five skaters with 20 points this season, led by assistant captain Jack Williams with 28 points (13g, 15a). Closely behind him is senior Alex Campbell with 24 points (13g, 11a) and sophomore Cam Lund with ten goals and 12 assists for 22 points. Both senior Gunnarwolfe Fontaine and junior Justin Hryckowian round out the group with 20 points from five goals and 15 assists each.
  3. JACK ATTACK: Sophomore Jack Williams has been hot as of late, acting as the nation's leading scorer since Thanksgiving (Nov. 25) with 25 points (12g, 13a) in his last 15 games. He currently stands as the only Husky to record at least one point in every win this season, totaling 20 points (9a, 11a)  in all NU victories.
