Northeastern's First Varsity Makes C Finals At NCAA Regatta

BETHEL, Ohio — The Northeastern women's rowing team's first varsity eight advanced to the C final for the second-straight season, while the Huskies' second varsity eight and varsity four each secured spots in the D finals after their semifinals races on day two at the 2024 NCAA Rowing Championship.
  • Stroked by Isla Bathgate, the first varsity eight placed third in their semifinal to advance to the C final on Sunday morning with a time of 6:31.929. The Huskies' bested Rhode Island and Jacksonville, while finishing behind No. 16 Duke by .8 seconds.
  • The Huskies' second varsity eight, stroked by Lily Lettieri placed fourth overall to earn a spot in the D final. The 2V finished with a time of 6:47.065.
  • The varsity four, stroked by Dalton Boyse, also advanced to the D final after placing fourth in their semifinal with a time of 7:43.917. 
The varsity four will begin the day at 8:00 a.m., followed by the second varsity eight at 8:16 a.m. and the first varsity eight at 8:40 a.m.
