Swim & Dive Hosts New Hampshire For Final Meet Of 2025

BOSTON, Mass. — The Northeastern women's swimming and diving team (3-1) looks to end 2025 on a high note as they conclude the calendar year with one final meet as they host University of New Hampshire on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 12 p.m. at Barletta Natatorium. The meet results will be available on Meet Mobile. 

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:

  1. THE PACK EARNS SILVER — The Huskies took second place at the Terrier Invitational after accumulating 1,034 points. Northeastern claimed victory in the 200 Free Relay behind the quartet of Mary NordmannAlex FullerKotoko Blair and May Bradburn, while Anna Verlander captured first place in the 100 Back. Ultimately, Boston University claimed the title, with Northeastern, Bryant, UMass, Fairfield and Boston College rounding out the field.
  2. WELCOMING A NEW HUSKY— Prior to the meet at UConn, the Huskies welcomed their new assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, Bryce Bowie. Bowie joins the Huskies from Gainesville, Fla., where he served as Lead Senior Coach for the Gator Swim Club. Before his career in Florida, Bowie spent four seasons at Gordon College, where he served as head coach for the last two years. During his tenure as head coach at Gordon, Bowie earned back-to-back North Atlantic Conference Coach of the Year honors while leading the Fighting Scots to continued success in the conference. Northeastern is very excited to have Bryce in the Red and Black!
  3. SCOUTING THE WILDCATS — Northeastern hosts the University of New Hampshire, after traveling to Durham last season. The Wildcats are undefeated this season, holding a 4-0 record and most recently defeating Merrimack. The Wildcats were victorious in last years match up against the Huskies, however the Huskies look to take the win back. 

Next, the Huskies head to Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, from Dec. 15 to Dec. 22 for their training trip. They kick off the new year with the Tate Ramsden Invitational, hosted by Dartmouth, from Jan. 16 to Jan. 17 in Hanover, N.H.
