Lund Named To Hockey East All-Star Team

AMESBURY, Mass. — Assistant captain Cam Lund was named a Hockey East Third Team All-Star by the league as announced on Friday morning.
 
In his third season with the Huskies, Lund posts 37 points from 16 goals (tied for the team-high) and 21 assists, setting career-highs in all three categories. Additionally, he boasts 168 shots, which ranks third in the country, 15 blocks, a team-high four power-play goals and three game winners. The Massachusetts native has tallied ten points (3g, 7a) in his last seven games, including four multi-point outings.

In conference action, the San Jose draft pick ranks seventh in goals (11), tenth in points (23) and second in shots (112). Following the month of December, Lund was named the Hockey East Player of the Month after he collected nine points (4g, 5a) in six games, which ranked second in the entire nation.

Most recently, Lund recorded two assists in Northeastern's 3-2 double overtime victory against Merrimack to advance to the Hockey East quarterfinals. Also, this season, Lund was named a semifinalist for the Walter Brown award and 2025 Hobey Baker nominee for the Huskies.
