BOSTON, Mass. – Both 4x100 relay teams and sophomore
Savannah Blair brought the heat Saturday afternoon, breaking school records and setting nationally ranked times, as the Northeastern track and field team concluded their busiest weekend of the season at the final days of the MIT Sean Collier Invitational and UConn Northeast Challenge.
The Huskies have broken five school records in the last two weeks, all coming from the sprinting group.

TRACK EVENTS
- Sophomore Waverly Hassman clocked a 2:25.15 for 14th in the women's 800m. In the men's 800m, junior Conall Rogers finished fifth after running a 1:52.91, and freshman Cian Gara Grady just missed out on a personal best, finishing ninth with a 1:53.55. Freshmen Ajay Raina (1:54.03) and Jack Mattingly (1:54.88) added 12th and 16th place finishes.

FIELD EVENTS
- Senior Paul Wisnaskas competed in the decathlon, finishing fourth overall with 6,669 points, a new personal best and the fifth highest total in outdoor program history. His best events included second place in the high jump (1.93m) and pole vault (4.15m), third in the 1500m (4:44.97), and fifth in the 110m hurdle (15.34).
- Freshman Genevieve Duchaussee concluded the heptathlon in fifth with 4,605 points, good for eighth on the all-time outdoor performance list. She added a third-place finish in the 800m (2:23.07) and fifth in the long jump (5.22m).
- In the women's shot put, junior Leila Curtis took first place after setting a personal best of 14.39m, ranking her seventh in outdoor program history. Senior Claire Kuzma recorded a toss of 11.23m.
- Sophomore Aidan Moreau finished seventh in the men's hammer throw, reaching 53.72m.
- Junior Mia Belanger tied for first in the women's high jump, clearing the bar at 1.73m, which ranks 33rd in the east qualifying region and in the top 100 in Division I. Sophomore Camryn Cole followed in third with a jump of 1.70m. Belanger's mark ranks tied for fourth on the all-time outdoor performance list, and Cole's is tied for seventh.
- Junior Jordan Spencer leaped 14.00m in the men's triple jump for sixth, while Belanger set a personal best of 11.08m in the women's triple jump for tenth.
- Sophomores Ohan Ambartsoumian (14.78m) and Mark Etienvre (14.58m) finished 13th and 14th in the men's shot put.
TRACK EVENTS
- The women's 4x100 relay, comprised of sophomore Victoria Knight, Blair, freshman Ailani Sutherland, and junior Ariann Robinson, set the bar high to start the track events, recording a 45.14 for first place in their record-breaking run. Having previously stood for nearly 20 years, the new best ranks 30th in the east qualifying region and 53rd in Division I.
- The men's 4x100 relay team, made of graduate student Noah Sweeney, senior Ethan Exilhomme, graduate student Tristen Howard, and sophomore Brunner Williams, continued the stretch by setting a facility and school record, crossing the line at 39.57 for first place. The quartet of runners broke the previous record set at the 2018 UConn Northeast Challenge, and the time ranks 27th in all of Division I.
- Graduate student Cameron Rodgers took on the men's 110m hurdle, finishing fifth at 14.53.
- Freshmen Morgan Hayward and Sloan Hinton earned top-ten finishes in the women's 400m. Hayward dashed to seventh with a 55.93, the seventh best on the all-time outdoor performance list, and Hinton took ninth after running a 57.53.
- Sophomore Johnny Emmanuel led all Huskies in the men's 400m dash with a 48.21 for eighth. Sophomore Quincy Scott set a personal best of 48.69 for 11th, while Berry (49.10) and senior Jessie Legister (50.50) earned top 20 finishes, respectively.
- Knight (11.87) and Robinson (11.90) finished one-two in the women's 100m for personal bests, also ranking tied for seventh and tenth on the all-time outdoor performance list. Sutherland (12.34) and junior Abigail Thomas (12.73) also competed, placing 13th and 17th overall.
- Exilhomme added a second-place finish in the men's 100m, crossing the line at 10.60, while Stroup (10.74) and Howard (10.76) added top-ten finishes in the dash.
- Hinton finished sixth in the women's 400m hurdle with a 1:03.80, and Hayward took 11th with a 1:07.26. Rodgers championed the men's 400m hurdle with a time of 51.98.
- Blair logged Northeastern's third school record of the day, running a 23.41 in the women's 200m for first place. That time ranks 56th in the nation. Robinson took third, recording a personal best and the ninth fastest time in outdoor history with a 24.40.
- Berry closed things out with an 11th-place finish in the men's 200m, crossing the line at 21.63.
