Exilhomme Ready For NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships

EUGENE, Ore. — Senior Ethan Exilhomme is set to compete in the 110m hurdles as the outdoor track and field season closes with the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, held at the University of Oregon's Hayward Stadium from June 11-14.

Exilhomme prepares for his second NCAA Outdoor Championships, as he is set to run the national semifinal of the 110m hurdles on Wednesday, June 11 at 5:08 p.m. PST/8:08 p.m. EST. The top two finishers in each heat, plus the three next fastest time, qualify for Friday's NCAA final at 5:42 p.m. PST/8:42 p.m. EST. In his last attempt in 2023, Exilhomme placed 17th overall with a time of 13.69.

The Tewksbury, Mass. native has excelled for Northeastern after missing the last two seasons due to injury, breaking school records in the men's 110m hurdle and 4x100 relay multiple times, including at the 2025 CAA Outdoor Championships, where Exilhomme and company blazed their way to a gold medal and school record time of 39.53 in the 4x100. He continued his dominance at the NCAA East Preliminaries by extending his school record and personal best in the 110m hurdle, winning his quarterfinal heat after running a 13.45.

Exilhomme is one of thirteen Northeastern athletes to make the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships multiple times and one of two hurdlers to make it to the final event of the season. His semifinal race will be streaming on ESPN and ESPN+.
