Exilhomme Punches Ticket To NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Senior Ethan Exilhomme came out flying Friday evening, punching a ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 110m hurdles at Hodges Stadium, finishing fourth overall out of 16 hurdlers.
  • The Tewksbury, Mass. native advanced to the quartefinal after finishing second in his heat and 14th overall with a time of 13.85 Wednesday night.
  • In the quarterfinals, Exilhomme was placed in the first heat of the 110m hurdles, where he dash across the line to win the race with a new personal-best time and school record of 13.45. This is the second time he has broken the school record in the 110m hurdle.
  • The first-place finish earned him an automatic spot in the semifinals of the event, hosted in Eugene, Oregon, at Hayward Stadium on June 11 at 5:08 p.m. PST and 8:02 EST.
  • Exilhomme will appear at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships for the first time since 2023. He finished 17th overall in his last attempt in the 110m hurdles, running a 13.69.
Sophomore Camryn Cole concludes the four-day competition on Saturday, May 31, as she takes on the women's high jump at 2:30 p.m. Action will be streaming on ESPN+.
