BOSTON - A program record four Huskies were named to the 2025 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings Division I All-America Teams, announced Friday morning. Starting pitcher
Jordan Gottesman landed himself a Second Team spot, while fellow starter
Will Jones, outfielder
Harrison Feinberg, and reliever
Charlie Walker all earned Third Team Honors.
Gottesman joined the Huskies from DIII Endicott and put up staggering numbers in his first DI season, slotting into the weekend rotation and finishing with the best ERA in that rotation (2.27) with a 9-2 record, a 0.86 WHIP, and two complete game shutouts. He struck out a team-high 97 batters and walked just 17. He showcased his strikeout prowess in the 2025 CAA Semifinal game against UNCW, where he struck out a career-high 12 Seahawk batters en route to an 11-1 win to advance to the CAA Championship game out of the winner's bracket for the first time in program history. It's Gottesman's first career DI All-America nod, after earning ABCA Second Team status at the DIII level last season.
All three Third Teamers, Feinberg, Jones, and Walker, each earn their second All-America nods of the offseason, with all three appearing on the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) All-America teams earlier this week. Feinberg adds to his 2025 trophy case after being named the CAA Co-Player of the Year, the tournament's Most Outstanding Player, and tying a program record for single-season steals (37). Jones and Walker combined for four of Northeastern's program-record 17 shutouts on the year, with both players posting career numbers in '25. Jones set a new program record with 11 wins (11-1 record), with a 2.63 ERA and 1.03 WHIP in 15 starts, while Walker posted the fourth-best single season ERA in program history (min 40 IP, 1.29) with a team-high seven saves. Walker posted a 4-0 record with 56 strikeouts to just five walks, while Jones fanned 75 and walked just 19.
Northeastern was one of just two teams to land four players on the 2025 ABCA/Rawlings All-American teams - the only other team with four selections was LSU.
