AMESBURY, Mass.— Junior
Allie Lalonde of the No. 6 Northeastern women's hockey team was named the Hockey East Player of the Month for December as announced on Wednesday.

Lalonde helped the Huskies to a 2-1-0 record during December. She tallied three goals and one assist for four points over the month.

The Irvine, California native led all Hockey East players with three goals, which all came in a 3-1 victory at Boston College marking her first career hat trick. Lalonde finished the month with a +4 rating, tied to lead all Hockey East players. This marks Lalonde's first Player of the Month award from the league.

Lalonde and the Huskies are back in action at Providence on Friday, Jan. 9 at 2 p.m.
