BOSTON— Northeastern Irwin Cohen Endowed Track and Field Head Coach Tramaine Shaw announced the 2026 slate for the men's and women's cross country teams. The 2026 schedule includes two meets on the road ahead of conference and postseason competition.

The Huskies will open the season on Friday, Sept. 4 at the Friar Invitational hosted by Providence at Highland Park in Attleboro. Northeastern will then head to the Maribel Sanchez Invitational at Dartmouth on Saturday, Sept. 19.

The Huskies will then hit a stretch of postseason competition with three meets hosted at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York. First, the Huskies will compete in the IC4A/ECAC Championships on Saturday, Oct. 17. Up next is the CAA Championships on Saturday, Oct. 31 followed by the NCAA Northeast Regional on Friday, Nov. 13. The following week is the NCAA Championships on Saturday, Nov. 21 at the Laverne Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Indiana.
