BOSTON - The Northeastern men's soccer team completed its opening week of play on the road and will now turn attention to its home opener against Boston University on Friday, Aug. 28 at 6 p.m. Friday's home opener will be followed by an away trip to Siena College on Monday, Aug. 31 at 5.pm.
The home opener against BU is this seasons alumni game. The game will have an alumni tent with pizza and giveaways going on throughout the match. It will be streamed on FloCollege. The away game against Siena will be streamed on ESPN+.

HUNTINGTON AVE. VS. COMMONWEALTH AVE: This will be the 38th all-time meeting between the Huskies and Terriers. Northeastern holds an 11-22-4 record against BU, with their last meeting last year in a 3-2 victory thanks to a Bryce Flowers 90th minute goal.

YOUNG ENERGY: In their 5-0 season opening win, freshmen Kortay Koç and Tate Duax both accounted for goals as well as sophomore Will Schmidt, providing the young presence of the Huskies offensive play. Koç, Duax, Uba Ibeanu, Brady Elmblad, Julian Blalock, and Marcus Cooper all made their Husky debuts.

SIENA SHOWDOWN: This will be Huskies' ninth all-time meeting with the Saints. With the 2024 match ending in a draw, the Huskies hold a 3-4-1 record and hope to get their first win against Siena in 30 years.
After their road game against Siena, the Huskies will begin conference play as they host Stony Brook on Sunday, Sept 6 at 6 p.m.
