DEDHAM, Mass. — Aiko Price made four saves for her first career shutout, and Camille Armaganian scored her third penalty-stroke goal of the season, as the Northeastern field hockey team (1-3) picked up its first win of the season, 1-0, over UC Davis on Friday evening at Dedham Field.
- Armaganian opened the scoring just 5:34 into the game, converting a penalty stroke for her third goal of the season.
- Price turned aside all four shots she faced across the full 60 minutes to secure her first career shutout, along with her first career win.
- Phoebe Hall chipped in on defense as well, recording a defensive save to help preserve the lead.
- The Huskies killed off all five UC Davis penalty corners without conceding, part of a stingy defensive effort in front of Price.
- Northeastern held UC Davis scoreless the rest of the way to close out the 1-0 win.
Northeastern is back at Dedham Field on Sunday, Sept. 13, at 11 a.m., hosting Stanford for Future Huskies Day and Alumni Game.
