The Northeastern women's crew finished second in the Petite Final of the EAWRC Sprints at the Cooper River in Camden, N.J. on Sunday.

The Huskies rowed to a time of 06:46.924, over three seconds behind Petite Final winner Radcliffe (06:43.353). Trailing the Huskies were Columbia (06:50.828), Syracuse (06:55.432), Boston University (06:59.773), and Rutgers (07:01.818).

Northeastern advanced to the Petite Final after finishing third in the morning heat with a time of 06:43.401, behind both Princeton (06:38.229) and Cornell (06:42.440). Both Princeton and Cornell advanced to the Grand Final. Also in the morning heat were Boston University (06:57.130), Navy (07:04.112), and George Washington (07:21.483).

The second varsity-8 finished third in the Petite final (06:54.936), after finishing third in the morning heat with a time of 06:57.830. The third varsity-4 finished second in the Petite Final (07:40.703). They earned a spot in the Petite final after a morning heat of 08:01.794. The third-varsity had a morning heat of 07:08.154, earning them a trip to the Grand Final, finishing sixth (07:00.949).
