Senior
Kristen Martin powered the Northeastern women's cross country team to a seventh-place finish on Saturday at the Boston College Invitational at Franklin Park.
Martin paced the Huskies with her 20th-place performance of 18:31.36 in the 5K event.
Boston College won the event with a first, third, fifth and seventh place finish while Northeastern bested Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Brown on Saturday.
Veteran
Jessica Barton bounced back from last week with a nice run of 18:40.24 good for 28th place while senior
Annie Scully turned in a 30th-place time of 18:44.62.
Senior
Seri Gordon was clocked in 18:59.69 for 39th place while classmate
Meegan Joly looped the 5K course in 19”26.48 for 55th.
Newcomer
Danielle Klein wrapped up Northeastern's seven-runner rotation with a 65th-place mark of 19:38.28.
Martin outran 101 other competitors in the field of 121.
Next up for the Huskies is the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 18 at 10 a.m.
