The Northeastern women's basketball team volunteered for Northeastern University's move-in weekend on Sunday, Sept. 4. Members of the team and the coaching staff helped welcome students and their families as they arrived on campus.

The team assisted the incoming students with unloading their cars and transporting their belongings to their residence halls. The Huskies also passed out important information to the new students and were available to answer questions and provide guidance.

Northeastern returns seven letterwinners from last season's squad and welcome four newcomers in Amencie Mercier, A'lece Mark, Genevieve Gaboriault and Tanisha Hopewell. Daynia LaForce-Mann enters her sixth season as head coach of the Huskies.
