Northeastern's Donation Page • Play 4Kay WebsiteBOSTON -- The Northeastern Huskies wrap up their two-game home stand on Sunday, Feb. 22 when they take on the Charleston Cougars. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. This will be NU's penultimate home game of the 2014-15 season. The Huskies and Cougars have already met once, in Charleston, with the home team earning a 59-38 victory over the visiting Huskies. This is just the second time ever the Cougars have made the trip to Boston to face the Huskies.

Storylines
• Northeastern is looking to bounce back after dropping a highly competitive game against the Phoenix of Elon on Thursday, Feb. 19. The teams went back and forth during the 40 minutes, but a last second jumper pushed the Phoenix past the Huskies, 73-74.

• This will be just the fourth all-time meeting between these two teams. The first three have all been competitive, but Charleston holds a 2-1 advantage in the series. Northeastern struggled in its last outing against CofC shooting-wise, but has been on a hot-streak from the floor as of late.

• Four Huskies scored in double-figures in NU's last game against the visiting Phoenix of Elon.
Francesca Sally led the way with 24 points, while
A'lece Mark chipped in 14 of her own.
Tanisha Hopewell contributed 12 points in the setback, and
Samantha DeFreese added 10.

Francesca Sally had one of her best performances of the season in the team's last game against Elon. She scored a career-high 24 points to lead Northeastern. In her first start in two games, the sophomore provided Northeastern and head coach
Kelly Cole with an excellent inside presence.

• The Huskies are participating in #Play4Kay when they host the Cougars. The team will be wearing pink gear as they raise awareness and try to bring Donations to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

• Next up for Northeastern is a two-game road trip where they will face James Madison and William & Mary. The Huskies then wrap up the regular season at home against the Drexel Dragons on March 4.

All-time vs. CofCThe Charleston Cougars and Northeastern Huskies have a short history, as they have only met three times on the court with two of the three showdowns taking place last season, the Cougar's first in the Colonial Athletic Association. Charleston holds the all-time advantage by a 2-1 margin.

The road aheadNortheastern is back on the road for a few days as they head to Harrisonburg, Virginia, and Richmond, Virginia, to take on James Madison and William & Mary. The tip for NU vs. JMU is set for 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27; Northeastern and William & Mary are slated for a 2 p.m. start on Sunday, March 1.
