LUBBOCK, Texas – The Northeastern women's soccer team (1-1-1) will look to earn its first win over a ranked opponent this season when it takes on No. 16 Texas Tech (2-0-1) on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET from the John Walker Complex.

SCOUTING TEXAS TECH
Sunday will feature the first-ever meeting between Northeastern and Texas Tech. Ranked No. 16 in the NSCAA Poll, Texas Tech won its first two games of the 2016 season, defeating New Mexico (2-1) and Missouri State (1-0), before drawing with Arizona (2-2) on Friday night. Freshman midfielder Jordie Harr leads the Red Raiders with two goals on the young season.

Nathalie Nidetch turned in another impressive performance in Thursday's overtime win over Providence. Nidetch made nine stops against the Friars to bring her season saves total to 26. Nidetch has stopped at least seven shots in all three matches this season and owns a 0.58 GAA and a .929 save percentage in 310 minutes.
