BOSTON – A group of Northeastern's sprinter and jumpers were in action this weekend at the John Thomas Invite hosted by Boston University. In total, five women and seven men competed for the Huskies on Friday and Saturday.

Jessica Scott took 18th place in the long jump, posting a mark of 5.22m.Â

Janaia Skibitcky also competed in the long jump. Hernandez placed 31st (5.00m), while Skibitcky finsihed 37th (4.72m).

Leah Saifi finished 11th overall in the pole vault. The New Jersey native posted a mark of 3.36m, a new season-best. Fellow freshman
Khailah Griffin finished 42nd overall in the 200m.

Donatien Djero and
Collins Ebozue both competed in the 200m. Djero took seventh place, while Ebozue placed 27th.
Chris Jewett crossed at 50.17 in the 400m and
Hayden Kilpatrick finished the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.09.

Jordan Samuels earned seventh place in the long jump, while
Nick Fofana and
Joseph Dimartino finished 11th and 23rd in the high jump.Â
