THREE THINGS TO KNOW
1.
Postseason Race:Â With two weeks remaining in the regular season, Northeastern sits in fourth place in the CAA standings, entering Thursday's match with a half-game lead against fifth-place Elon. With a win against UNCW, the Huskies' magic number to clinch a CAA tournament berth would drop to one.
Â
2.Â

The senior has logged double-digit kills during three consecutive matches, during which she has averaged 3.81 kills per set and hit .478 at the net.
Â
3.
Swinging Big:Â Freshman outside hitter
Erica Staunton was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Nov. 4 upon totaling 21 kills during the Huskies' most recent pair of CAA matches. The Orland Park, Illinois, native averaged 3.00 kills per set during the week and combined to swing .429 at the net, enjoying her best match of the season during Northeastern's straight-set win against William & Mary (eight kills, 11 attacks, hit .636).
