HARD WORKING HUSKIES
Ben Malgeri and Sebastian Keane each have received CAA weekly recognition this season. Keane earned Pitcher of the Week after throwing a complete-game, two-hit shutout in a 2-0 win over UMass Lowell (story). The Red Sox 2019 draft pick never allowed a runner past first base while striking out nine with no walks. Malgeri notched Player of the Week after the Huskies sweep over UMass by hitting .600 and driving in four runs (story). He had multiple hits in every game, including a 2-for-4 performance in the opener with two RBIs, and went 4-for-6 in the doubleheader sweep over the Minutemen, with a triple and two RBIs. Malgeri finished the series with three stolen bases in four attempts, and now leads the CAA with 10 this season, which is good for 25th nationally.

SCOUTING BOSTON COLLEGE
The Eagles are on a two-game losing streak after falling to Virginia Tech over the weekend. Sal Frelick leads the Eagles with a .381 average to go along with five home runs and 19 RBIs, while Luke Gold is hitting .327 with eight homers and 31 RBIs. Boston College is 9-2 out of conference and 4-11 in conference this season.

SCOUTING UMASS
This is the fifth time the Huskies and Minutemen will meet this season. Northeastern has won all four and have outscored the Minutemen 38-8 this season. This will be the first time the two teams meet at Earl Lorden Field this season.
