Stiehl Signs with the Joliet Slammers

JOLIET, Ill. - David Stiehl, a member of the 2021 CAA Championship winning Northeastern Baseball team, has signed a contract with the Joliet Slammers of the Frontier League. Stiehl leaves Northeastern with an impressive list of achievements.
  • Pitched for a 3.86 ERA with two saves in his final season
  • Struck out 155 batters as a Husky
  • Two CAA Weekly Awards
  • Delivered a nine-inning complete game shutout against the College of Charleston (4/22/19)
  • Struck out two Red Sox players in the Annual exhibition at JetBlue Park (2018)
