BOSTON - The 2023 Leadoff Fundraiser presented by 3 STEP Sports will be held on Saturday, February 4 from 3:00-6:00 pm at Fenway Park in the Dell Technologies Club. All are cordially invited to attend the VIP cocktail hour – beginning at 3:00 pm – as well as the event reception beginning at 4:00 pm. 

An annual preseason occasion, the Leadoff Fundraiser serves as the ceremonious start to the Northeastern baseball team's spring campaign, which officially begins on Friday, February 17, as the Huskies kick off the season with a weekend series at UNC-Greensboro. 

The Leadoff Fundraiser will provide opportunities hear from coaches and players about the upcoming season. It will also feature guest speaker Rich Hill, Milton Massachusetts native and 18-year MLB vet, most recently of the Boston Red Sox in 2022. As we come together to celebrate the team's success and kick-off the upcoming season, Coach Mike Glavine will also present Northeastern Baseball's distinguished Friend of the Program award to Northeastern Baseball alumnus, Patrick Barry '83, who appeared in 71 career games for the Huskies with 47 hits and 26 RBIs.

Tickets granting admission at 3:00 pm to the VIP cocktail hour are available at $300 and include admission to the ensuing reception, access to the open bar, as well as a gift from the Northeastern baseball program. General admission tickets, which will only provide access to the event reception from 4:00-6:00 pm, are available at $150.
