BOSTON — Northeastern University announced the 2025-26 indoor track and field schedule, featuring ten meets highlighted by numerous local competitions at Boston University and Harvard, as well as invitationals across the region.
The Huskies will compete in three meets at Track at New Balance, beginning with the Riverhawk Invite on Feb. 6-7, 2026. Northeastern returns to the state-of-the-art facility for the CAA Indoor Championship on Feb. 22-23, 2026, where the Huskies will look to capture conference titles on home turf.
The season kicks off with back-to-back December meets at the University of Rhode Island, starting with the URI Pentathlon on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, followed by the URI Heptathlon from Dec. 4-5. The Huskies then travel to Boston University for the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025.
Northeastern's schedule features several high-profile invitationals, including the Harvard Beantown Challenge Invitational (Jan. 17), BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational (Jan. 24), and the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 30-31. The Huskies will also compete at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14) and Harvard's Crimson Open (Feb. 13-14).
The ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championship at Boston University (Feb. 6-8, 2026) provides a key mid-season test before the Huskies compete for CAA titles at Track at New Balance to close out the indoor season.
