BOSTON – Northeastern cross country and track & field head coach
Tramaine Shaw announced the 2025 men's and women's cross country schedule. The 2025 slate includes three meets on the road ahead of conference and postseason competition.
The Huskies will open the season on August 30 with a trip across the city to Suffolk, Mass. for the Suffolk Short Course Classic before heading to Providence, R.I. for the Friar Invitational a week later on Sept. 5.
Northeastern will wrap up the last meet of September by traveling to Hanover, N.H. at the Maribel Sanchez (Sept. 20) in its final tune-up before the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the Bronx, N.Y. (Oct. 17).
The Huskies will travel to West Long Branch, N.J. on Halloween (October 31) to compete in the CAA Championships, with the men's team in search of its first conference title since 2021 while the women's team will look to repeat its victory from last season. Looking ahead, the NCAA Northeast Regional is set for Nov. 14, in Hopkington, N.H. and a week later the running continues at the NCAA National Championships on Nov. 22, in Columbia, Mo.
