BOSTON — Northeastern University track and field announced the 2026 outdoor track and field schedule, featuring 17 meets across the East Coast, highlighted by trips to Florida, North Carolina and Virginia, along with the conference Championship taking place at Elon University.
The Huskies open the outdoor campaign in Florida at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational (March 20-21) in Orlando before traveling to Raleigh, North Carolina, for the Raleigh Relays (March 26-28) at NC State.
April features a competitive stretch of regional invitationals, beginning with the UCONN Dog Fight (April 4) and the Friar Invitational at Providence College (April 10). Northeastern will also compete at UMass Commonwealth Invitational (April 11) in Amherst.
The Huskies return to Florida for the South Florida Invitational (April 10-11) in Tampa and the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (April 10-11) before heading to the Wake Forest Invitational (April 16-17) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Northeastern will split competition the weekend of April 17-18, with athletes competing at the Sean Collier Invitational at MIT, the UCONN Northeast Challenge, and the Virginia Challenge in Charlottesville. The Huskies will then take part in the prestigious Penn Relays (April 23-25) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, along with additional competition at UMass Amherst (April 25) and the Jay Carisella Invitational (May 2) at home.
Championship season begins with the CAA Outdoor Championship (May 15-16) at Elon University in North Carolina. Qualifiers will advance to the NCAA East Regional Championship (May 27-30) in Lexington, Kentucky, with the opportunity to compete at the NCAA Outdoor Championship (June 10-13) at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
