RICHMOND, Va.— For the second week in a row, freshman Lula Arcila of the Northeastern women's soccer team has been named the CAA Rookie of the Week as announced on Monday.

Arcila was crucial in helping lead Northeastern to a 1-0-1 record over the weekend. She posted a goal and an assist to help NU remain undefeated in league play.

The Miami, Florida product guided the Huskies' 3-2 comeback against Charleston with a goal and an assist. The freshman midfielder provided the equalizer with 10 seconds to go in the first half, helping Northeastern deadlock the score at one at the break. Arcila went on to set up junior Claire Murray for the game-winner in the 62nd minute to secure three points. Arcila was helpful in managing the neutral zone to help the Huskies earn a 1-1 draw against UNCW.

Arcila and the Huskies are back in action at home against Hofstra on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m.
