Men's track strengthens roster with three additions

Men's Roster

Northeastern head coach Sherman Hart brings in three newcomers to amplify the Huskies' lethal men's track & field team, including two distance runners and a hurdler.

Jared Lane hails from New Jersey while Zachary Fraielli heads to Boston from nearby Providence, R.I. Stephen Sollowin is the lone Bay State product, making his way to Huntington Ave. from Weymouth, Mass.

"The men's recruits adds depth to an already deep and young squad who have gained a valuable year of experience," Hart said.

This year's class will aid in key departures due to graduation in Jonathan Hall, Adrian Li and Joe Siravo. The additions of Fraielli, Lane and Sollowin will provide Northeastern with some new ammo as the Huskies look to improve upon their podium finish at the conference level, claiming third at the 2011 CAA Championship and second at the New England Outdoor Championship last spring.
