Harvard Fast Meet Results • New Balance Grand Indor Prix Results 

BOSTON -- The Northeastern Huskies wrapped up another strong weekend of competition as the team had success at both the Harvard Fast Meet on Friday and the New Balance Grand Indoor Prix on Saturday.
 
Ten athletes met the NEICAA qualifying standards, while five Huskies met IC4A/ECAC standards. The success for the Huskies started in the weight throw, where Alexandra Rose secured a fourth-place finish with a toss of 15.14 meters. In the shot put, her teammate Jenna Serunian also experienced success, wrapping up fifth overall with a mark of 12.96 meters.
 
Kelsey Sullivan continued her early season success in the high jump as she finished in third place with a jump of 1.70 meters, while Dana Schweiger led the way for Northeastern in the pole vault, also finishing in third place after posting a mark of 3.30 meters.
 
For the men, seven different Huskies finished in fourth place or better. The day started with the 60-meter dash where Damani Wilson secured the fourth spot overall, completing the dash in just 6.92 seconds. Kevin Rosenberg had a tremendous day in the shot put, finishing second with a toss of 16.13 meters, while James Hall set the tone for Northeastern in the weight throw with a mark of 17.00 meters, good for fourth in the competition.
 
Nick Fofana had a strong day in the high jump, finishing in second place with a jump of 1.99 meters.
 
On Saturday, a team comprised of Sarah Adler, Camille Gooden, Corinne Myers and Kate Johnstone competed in the New Balance Grand Indoor Prix, which was hosted at the Reggie Lewis Track Center.
 
The group had a solid outing, setting a new program record in the distance medley relay, completing it in just 11:50.74.
 
The Huskies return to action next weekend at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, hosted by Boston University on Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14.
