BOSTON -- The Northeastern volleyball team (15-12, 8-6) fell to College of Charleston (18-10, 9-5) in straight sets on Saturday evening to end their longest winning streak of teh 2018 season.

Gabrielle Tschannen led the pack with 10 kills for a .409 clip in addition to a service ace. The other service aces in the match were registered by Gabrielle Eyl along with her 23 digs and Sherrie Wang

The Huskies were able to keep sets one and three close as they went neck-and-neck with the Cougars before ultimately dropping critical points in the final serves of the sets. Head coach, Ken Nichols, commented on the lack of disruption in the serving tonight -- something the Huskies did well when they were on the road at Charleston.
