Huskies Travel to Boston College for Weekday Matchup

BOSTON – The Northeastern field hockey team (2-9, 1-0 CAA) will be at No. 19 Boston College (5-7, 2-2 ACC) for a non-conference matchup, this Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 4 p.m.

Three Things to Know:
  • Not the First Time: This marks the 45th meeting all-time between the Huskies and the Eagles. Northeastern owns a 23-20-1 record all-time over Boston College dating back to the first meeting in 1980. Northeastern has not earned a win over the Eagles since 2014 and have not won on the road since 2003.
  • Non-Conference: The game against Boston College marks the end of the very tough non-conference schedule for the Huskies that included nine teams at .500 or over and three teams ranked in the top-25.
  • Leading the Way: The Huskies have three athletes in the double-digits in points in junior Mak Graves (6g, 2a, 14p) and freshmen Emmy Stubbs (6g, 1a, 13p) and Emilia Adragna (4g, 3a, 11p).

Northeastern will be back home for a pair of CAA contests against No. 25 William & Mary on Friday, Oct. 14, at 4 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 16 at 12 p.m. against Monmouth for the Mental Health Awareness game. Both will be streamed on FloLive.
