BOSTON – The Northeastern volleyball team (9-7, 7-3 CAA) is set to hit the road to face CAA newcomer Campbell (10-10, 7-3 CAA) on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. on both days.
THREE THINGS TO KNOW
- NEED AN ASSIST? – Jessica Frannea leads the Huskies with 375 total assists, averaging 7.21 per set. Frannea has double digit assists in 14 matches so far this season, and three double-doubles.
- SCOUTING THE CAMELS - The Camels enter the weekend with an overall record of 10-10, and 7-3 in CAA play. Campbell is coming off back-to-back sweeps over Charleston. Senior outside hitter Chloe Cook leads the Camels with 227 total kills, averaging 2.91 per set.
- ZIER CONTINUES TO SHINE – Anabel Zier ranks fourth in the CAA in hitting percentage at 3.82 with 143 kills in 63 sets. The graduate student has hit double-digit kills in six matches this season, and also leads the Huskies with 55 total blocks.
After Campbell, the Huskies will host Charleston the weekend of October 28-29. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. on both days, and will stream on FloVolleyball.
