BOSTON – The Northeastern volleyball team (9-9, 7-5 CAA) is set to host Charleston (9-14, 6-6 CAA) on Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29. Both matches are slated for 1 p.m. Saturday's match will stream on FloVolleyball, and Sunday's will be on NESN & FloVolleyball.
THREE THINGS TO KNOW
- BREAST CANCER AWARENESS – Saturday will be Northeastern's Breast Cancer Awareness Match. In partnership with the Ellie Fund, there will be pink bracelets for purchase at the game as well as a jar for donations. There also will be a pink bucket hat giveaway for early arriving fans.
- CAN YOU DIG IT? - Freshman libero Tessa Onaga has tallied double-digit digs in the past three matches. Onaga notched double-digits in six matches so far this season, highlighted by a career-high 15 against Campbell on October 22.
- W(RECK IT) ABBY – Freshman outside hitter Abby Reck has double-digit kills in nine matches this season. Reck leads the Huskies with 194 total kills, averaging 2.85 per set. The freshman paced Northeastern with 14 kills this past Sunday at Campbell.
The Huskies will face William & Mary on the road the weekend of November 4-5. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. on both days and will stream on FloVolleyball.
