Huskies Host Drexel and Boston University

BOSTON — The Northeastern field hockey team (7-6, 2-1 CAA) hosts both Drexel (9-6, 2-1 CAA) and Boston University (5-8) this upcoming weekend. On Friday, Oct. 24, the Dragons are in town for a 3 p.m. game streamed on FloCollege. On Sunday, Oct. 26, the Huskies host the Terriers on Senior day for a noon kickoff, streamed on NESN and FloCollege.

1. COMING IN HOT - The Huskies are fresh off a successful weekend. Northeastern had a two win weekend as they beat Hofstra and Quinnipiac. Both games were tight, but the Huskies prevailed.

2. NECK AND NECK - As the regular season winds down, the crown for most season goals looks to two players. Sophomore Camille Armaganian currently leads with five goals. Right behind her is senior Emilia Adragna stands with four goals so far this season.

3. SCOUTING REPORT - The Dragons and the Huskies both hold a 2-1 CAA record. Drexel arrives at Dedham off a three game win streak. Northeastern will face Drexel for the 34th time in program history. The Huskies hold an all time series lead at 22-10-1. Another long standing rivalry, Northeastern will face BU for the 55th time. The two teams have a close series, but the Huskies ultimately lead with 28 wins, the Terriers with 26 wins.

The Huskies will play one more weekend of field hockey in the regular season. Next Friday, Northeastern faces No. 16 Monmouth and on Sunday the Huskies travel to Maryland.
