The volleyball team closed out the regular season with a 3-1 (28-30, 34-32, 30-28, 32-30) win over James Madison Saturday night. The win is Northeastern's sixth in a row and their 12th in 15 matches. The Huskies close out the regular year with an 11-3 record in the CAA, good for second place, and a 19-12 mark overall. NU has earned a bye into the semi-finals of next week's CAA Tournament, and will resume play on Saturday.

Lauren Deturk had a season high 25 kills, surpassing her previous season's best of 23 which she recorded twice. DeTurk also had 17 digs, giving her a double-double.

Freshman Britney Brown also had a double-double, recording 10 kills and 28 assists. Jessica Tkachuk had 27 assists.
