BOSTON – Northeastern volleyball will head on the road this weekend to face two Colonial Athletic Association opponents.
 
The Huskies will face University of North Carolina at Wilmington on Thursday, before going to South Carolina on Saturday to take on the College of Charleston.

Last Time Out:
The Red and Black took on Hofstra this past weekend in Hempstead, New York. Northeastern defeated the Pride 3-1 on Sunday to move to 8-0 in CAA play and remain the only unbeaten team in the conference.
 
With this victory, the Huskies extended their win streak to ten games.
 
Gabrielle Eyl posted her 1,500th career dig against Hofstra, while tallying 18 more digs on the match. The junior sits fourth all-time in program history.
 
Two Huskies posted double-doubles in the match: Samantha Shupe and Amy Underdown. Underdown racked up 17 kills and 12 digs for her 12th double-double of the season, while Shupe posted 21 assists and 12 digs on the match for her sixth double-double of the year.
 
Brigitte Burcescu and Athena Ardila posted 14 and 13 kills, respectively, and Gabrielle Tschannen recorded five blocks.
 
Conference Leaders:
Eyl leads the CAA in both digs (460) and digs per set (5.61), which ranks seventh and 14th in the country. Underdown in second in aces in the CAA with 32 and fifth in kills with 294.
 
Gabrielle Tschannen has 95 blocks on the season and 1.23 per set. The freshman is ranked first in the CAA in blocks and second in the CAA in blocks per set.
